We are a 501c3 corporation serving the residents of Jackson County. In 1996, Jackson County joined the Certified Literate Community Program.  By mobilizing all of Jackson’s major resources (i.e. local governments, businesses, industries, school systems, court system, churches, and the community) we are able to provide educational services to the citizens of Jackson County providing the county with an educated and skilled workforce.
